These are indeed unprecedented times. As we go into lockdown caused by this COVID-19 pandemic, we want you all to know we are mindful of our tai chi community and thinking of you all.
As classes close throughout the country and you are separated from your colleagues physically, keep in contact with each other by social media until the time comes when we can rebuild our relationships and start up our classes again.
All your years of practice should keep your immunity in good stead. Use your time in isolation to keep practicing and keep your spirits high.
Remember do tai chi for your lives.
